Great location, close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. the restaurant offered a good selection of seafood dishes, which were exceptional in taste and reasonably priced.
Communication with the staff was a bit difficult due to limited English proficiency. the hotel booklet advertised various facilities and services, but the reception was not helpful in providing information or assistance.

Right by casablanca cathedral, 5 minutes' walk to Casa Port train station. Only 1 mile to hassan ii mosque...
Rooms were small.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, transportation, and seaport. Helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist and serve
Difficult to communicate with staff due to a lack of English proficiency. No effort made by the staff to provide information or assistance with tours or transfers.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is just down the street from a famous landmark, Rick's Cafe. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms that have good water pressure. the staff are friendly and kind, providing good service. the breakfast is tasty and there is a good buffet dinner available. the hotel offers a pleasant stay with convenient amenities and a prime location.
The hotel has a noisy environment, with the sound of construction nearby and barking dogs that can disturb guests' sleep.
